As Executive Director, she oversees key operational functions, including infrastructure management, admissions, administrative coordination, and the day-to-day functioning of the organisation. Her responsibilities extend to ensuring that operational activities are organised effectively, resources are utilised responsibly, and learners and their families receive appropriate guidance and support throughout the admissions process.

Operations Management
She oversees day-to-day operational activities, supports coordination across functions, and works towards establishing efficient procedures that enable the organisation to function smoothly and consistently.
Infrastructure and Facilities
She is responsible for infrastructure planning, facility management, and the development of a suitable learning and working environment. Her focus includes maintaining organised, functional, and learner-friendly facilities that support educational activities and organisational growth.
Admissions and Learner Engagement
She leads admissions-related activities, helping prospective learners and their families understand available programmes, admission procedures, and relevant requirements. She also supports the development of effective enquiry handling, admissions coordination, and learner onboarding processes.
Administration & Organisational Coordination
She contributes to administrative planning, resource coordination, internal communication, and the implementation of operational procedures. Her role helps align everyday activities with the organisation's priorities and service commitments.
Planning & Organisational Development
As a co-founder, she participates in shaping the organisation's growth and operational priorities. She supports the development of systems and processes that can accommodate new programmes, expanding learner requirements, and the evolving needs of the group's three divisions.
